In the episode, the panel talks about employment and quality of life in the region.

Peggi Hazlett states, “I’d like to see a shift in the narrative when we start to talk about these things. I’d like to see some change in the way that the industry is upskilling its employees to make sure that they are the next generation of workers that we need to have to move with technology changes that are happening in the industry.”

The four panelists were chosen to each speak upon their various areas of expertise. First, Dr. Johannes Moenius serves as the Chair of Spatial Economic Analysis and Regional Planning in the School of Business & Society at the University of Redlands. Peggi Hazlett serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Greater Ontario Business Council.
