Have you ever been interested in working in government?

On Wednesday, October 23, the Dean’s Brand Ambassadors are hosting a panel of legislative aides from various California policymakers’ offices.

The event will be held at the University of California, Riverside in Interdisciplinary South, Room 1113 on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Light refreshments will be provided.

The panel includes:

  • Cesar Gomez, Senior Field Representative (Office of Assemblymember Jose Medina)
  • Tiffany Tran, Field Representative (Office of Assemblymember Jose Medina), MPP 2019
  • Tyler Madary, District Director (Office of Senator Richard D. Roth), MPP 2017
  • Rachel Gonzaga, District Director (Office of Assemblymember Sabrina Cervantes), MPP 2017

The seminar will delve into the details of working in government and how legislative aides help legislators alleviate problems confronting the Inland Empire.

“We hope that public policy students will take advantage of this opportunity to interact with successful individuals who are actively contributing to the betterment of the Inland Empire,” said Samuel Roberts, a senior public policy student and ambassador who helped coordinate the event.
